By accessing or using the Spread platform, website, and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Spread provides AI-powered deal intelligence tools for marketplace arbitrage, including deal alerts, AI scoring, cross-listing assistance, and related features. The Service is provided "as is" and may change at any time without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Spread, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Joining the Spread waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. Waitlist position, timing, and access are at our sole discretion. Early access features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change before general availability.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service; resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Spread and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
Spread integrates with third-party marketplaces (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these platforms. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that deals identified by the AI will result in profit, that pricing data is accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spread shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
